SHIPPING/DELIVERY

Our products will be shipped via UPS from Charleston, SC. We take pride in getting your order out quickly and standard UPS ground shipping should have your order to you within 3-5 business.  Please note that orders might not ship same day if they have been placed after 2PM, (especially for next-day or 2-day shipping). RETURNS/REFUNDS

We sincerely hope you love your products once you receive them, however, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us at the following address:

You will be responsible for return shipping costs.  Please consider the following:

• Include reason for your return - let us know what we can improve.
• Product/s should be returned to us within 14 business days of original order date.

Refunds will be processed after the product has been received and reviewed by our team. In some cases, a partial refund may be allowable depending on the circumstances and reason for your return.  For these instances, we will contact you via email. We are reasonable, most situations should not have any issues!

Refunds will be applied back to your original form of payment.   If your refund has not been issued within 14 days after returning your product/s, please contact us at 843returns@gmail.com.

Please be advised it may take your credit card company 14 days to reflect the refund on your statement.
