SHIPPING/DELIVERY
843 products will be shipped via UPS from Charleston, SC. We take pride in getting your order out quickly and standard UPS ground shipping should have your order to you within 3-5 business. Please note that orders might not ship same day if they have been placed after 11:30 AM, (especially for next-day or 2-day shipping). RETURNS/REFUNDS
We sincerely hope you love your products once you receive them, however, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us at the following address:

You will be responsible for all shipping costs to return the product/s and may eligible for a refund if the following conditions are met:
- Product is unopened, not damaged and in original packaging.
- Returned to us within 15 business days of original order date.
- Proof of Purchase is included with your return. Important: Please be sure to include a reason for your return.
ALL shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be processed after the product has been received and examined by our team to ensure all the above items have been satisfied. If for some reason, your return is missing any of the conditions mentioned above, a full refund may not be issued.
In some cases, a partial refund may be allowable depending on the circumstances and reason for your return. For these instances, we will contact you via email. We are reasonable, most situations should not have any issues.
If applicable, refunds will be applied back to your original form of payment. If your refund has not been issued within 14 days after returning your product/s, please contact us at 843returns@gmail.com.
Please be advised it may take your credit card company 14 days to reflect the refund on your statement.
